Magnetic bar:
Magnetic Bar is the fundamental elements for many kinds of magnetic filter/separator, which is used for removing ferrous contaminants from free flowing materials. All the ferrous particles,like bolts, nuts, chips, damaging tramp iron can be caught and held effectively. So magnetic bar provides a good solution of material purity and equipment protection. Normally, for the sake of increasing the magnetic power for separator, people composite magnetic rod and magnetic bar to magnetic grate.
Cleaning:
Depending on the configuration, rod magnets can be cleaned in seconds by simply pushing the attracted contamination to one end, which will release it enabling further analysis to be conducted.
