Application:
Soda ash dense is the main material for industrial-grade glass used in real estate and PV（photovoltaic）industries. It accounts for a large proportion of the China spot market, which is similar to west Europe.
Soda ash light can be used in many areas like the manufacturing of consumer glass, paper, rayon, soaps, and detergents. Soda ash also is used to clean the air and soften water.

Orange line stands for the price in China, Blue one indicates the price trend in India. Inflection point is estimated in the middle of 2023. The total supply structure of soda ash in China will be tight first and loosen afterward in coming 2023.
Supplier’s information:
The total production capacity of 2023 in China is estimated to reach 4075MT. As Liangyungang Jiaye is out of the market in 2021, there are two key players in the supply market. If Yuanxin Energy launches the new production facility successfully in the middle of 2023. The increased supply will have a huge influence on the market.
In the short term, the price of soda ash in China will be very competitive compared with other countries. In the long run, with the fast development of PV industry and the recovery of real estate in China mainland, the total demand will finally match the supply in a few years.
